Recovery from a foot and ankle surgery can't stop an athlete like Dez Bryant from continuing his offseason workouts.

Bryant posted a video on his instagram of himself working out in what appears to be a basement.

Sure, he's just rolling around and hugging an exercise ball, but it's more exercise than some of us have gotten today.
