Dallas Cowboys Final Injury Report: Nine Questionable vs Eagles

As the Dallas Cowboys prepare to face the Philadelphia Eagles following their bye week, nine Cowboys players are labeled questionable for the contest.

Coming off a five-game winning streak, the Dallas Cowboys had an opportunity to rest with a bye in Week Seven. And for some of their players, the respite couldn’t have come at a better time.

With several of their key players suffering from injuries, some have earmarked Week Eight’s matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles this Sunday as a probable return date for many of them.

On Friday, the Cowboys released their final injury report prior to the big NFC East contest. And surprisingly, nine players are listed as questionable for this weekend’s game against the Eagles.

Those questionable players include wide receiver Dez Bryant (knee), cornerback Morris Claiborne (concussion), running back Lance Dunbar (knee), offensive tackle Chaz Green (foot), defensive tackle David Irving (ankle), defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence (back/shoulder), cornerback Orlando Scandrick (hamstrings), offensive tackle Tyron Smith (back), linebacker Kyle Wilber (neck), and tight end Jason Witten (chest).

Claiborne, Wilber, and Witten were full participants in the Cowboys practices this week. Outside of these three, all of the above players listed as questionable were limited during those same sessions. The only exception being Green, who was a limited participant on Wednesday and did not participate the following two days.

Both quarterback Tony Romo (back) and defensive end Ryan Davis (hamstring) have already been officially ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Eagles.
