Published Oct. 9, 2011 4:10 p.m. ET

Arizona Cardinals left guard Daryn Colledge left the game Sunday against Minnesota after suffering a blow to the head.

Colledge left the game in the third quarter and the team said he was out for the rest of the game. D'Anthony Batiste entered the game to replace him.

There was no immediate word on the severity of his injury.

The Cardinals also lost safety Kerry Rhodes to a foot injury in the first half. Rhodes was helped to the locker room and the team said his return was questionable. Rashad Johnson took his place in Arizona's secondary.
