Chiefs-Broncos flexed to Sunday Night Football
The Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs are playing their Week 12 contest on Sunday Night Football after being flexed into the primetime slot.
This is going to be insane. Denver was already coming to Arrowhead Stadium in Week 16 for a Sunday night matchup against Kansas City. Now, both games with these two AFC West will be under the lights, with the NFL announcing that the Chiefs will be playing the Broncos in Mile High on NBC.
Let’s be honest, this is going to be an amazing end to the season one way or the other. Did the game just get harder because the Broncos are going to be all kinds of revved up for a primetime game? Maybe. But the Chiefs are also going to want to come out and take it to Denver in a major way.
The reality is that the Chiefs simply need to split the games against Denver. If they do that, the Broncos are going to have a very hard time beating out Kansas City considering the divisional records and schedule.

Over the final seven weeks of the season, the Chiefs are going to be in primetime on three occasions, including the Thursday night contest at Arrowhead against Oakland. Buckle up.
