Chargers' talks with Philip Rivers don't seem to be going anywhere

Philip Rivers and the Chargers have hit a negotiating roadblock, according to reports.

It now seems unlikely that the team will lock up its franchise quarterback.

It'd be interesting to know what Rivers' reported "sticking point" is. More likely than not, it's money-related. Offset language could also have put talks on pause.

The veteran passer also could be waiting on an official team decision about Los Angeles, too. Should the Chargers relocate and should Rivers not support that issue, he'd be the hottest name on the free agent market in 2016.
