Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd was arrested early Monday morning in Scottsdale, Arizona, and charged with DUI after he allegedly fell asleep at the wheel, according to the Scottsdale Police Department.

Police said Floyd was asleep with his car running at 2:48 a.m. He was charged with DUI and obstructing a roadway. The fifth-year pro was released Monday morning.

This isn’t the first time Floyd has been arrested for driving under the influence. Back in college at Notre Dame, he had his license suspended after he was charged with DUI when he ran a stop sign on campus.

Floyd, a free agent after this season, has just 33 catches for 446 yards and four touchdowns. He’s started seven of the team’s 13 games. He topped 1,000 receiving yards in 2013 but hasn't reached 900 since.
