Buffalo Bills signs free agent WR DeMarco Sampson
The Buffalo Bills continue to stock up on receivers this offseason after signing free agent DeMarco Sampson.
Listed at 6-foot-2 and 204 pounds, Sampson was selected by Arizona in the seventh round of the 2011 draft. He had three catches for 36 yards in his rookie season before being cut by the Cardinals the following year.
Sampson signed with Philadelphia in January, before being released two weeks ago.
He was a two-time All-Mountain West Conference selection at San Diego State.
Sampson is the latest addition to a revamped group of receivers. Buffalo drafted Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin last month, and then signed undrafted rookie Da'Rick Rogers.
In signing Sampson on Thursday, Buffalo waived defensive back Vernon Kearney, an undrafted rookie.
