Bucs WR Mike Evans calls QB Jameis Winston a 'great football mind'

Receiving praise isn't something new to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Jameis Winston, but when you're getting it from the likes of wide receiver Mike Evans, people tend to take notice. While Evans and Winston are one of the most intriguing pairings in the NFL, apparently Evans is just one of many who think very highly of the rookie quarterback.

Evans even went as far as calling Winston a "great football mind," according to JoeBucsFan.com.

“I heard he learned the offense in two days, a day or two, something like that. Crazy,” Evans told JoeBucsFan.com of Winston. “And he’s a quarterback, so he has to know what everybody’s doing. Me, it took me a while and I only have to know one or two positions. So that speaks for itself. Great football mind. One of the hardest workers I’ve been around.”

The final piece of that quote about Winston being one of the "hardest workers" is something we've become accustomed to hearing. Winston's work ethic is truly second to none, and best of all, this is happening before the season even kicks off.
