Bucs agree to terms with 13 college free agents

UCLA receiver Jerry Johnson and Arizona State cornerback Deveron Carr are among 13 undrafted college free agents agreeing to terms with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Bucs also announced agreements Monday with South Florida tight Evan Landi; Northern Illinois cornerback Rashaan Melvin; Texas receiver D.J. Monroe; Buffalo linebacker Willie Moseley; Arizona State tackle Brice Schwab; Purdue running back Akeem Shavers; Western Kentucky guard Adam Smith; Georgia cornerback Branden Smith; Massachusetts tackle Nick Speller; Southern Mississippi tackle Jason Weaver and Rutgers receiver Tim Wright.
