TAMPA, Fla. (AP) Former Central Michigan assistant Butch Barry is joining the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as assistant offensive line coach.

The Bucs made the announcement Thursday, when Andrew Weidinger and Miles Smith also were named quality control coaches.

Barry spent the past five seasons at Central Michigan, four of them as tight ends coach. He was the school's offensive line coach in 2014.

Weidinger was an offensive assistant in Atlanta the past three seasons, working closely with former Falcons and new Bucs offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter. Smith, meanwhile, is entering his second year with the Bucs.
