Broncos DL Kenny Anunike is impressing Antonio Smith
The "Ninja Assassin" has been impressed with Denver's talent up front. And one second-year player has caught Antonio Smith's eye in particular.
Smith also said he's been taking the 6-foot-4 Anunike under his wing at practice. The Duke product is constantly picking Smith's brain about what to do in every situation on the line.
#Broncos DE Antonio Smith was asked if any of the younger D-lineman has stood out, he mentioned Kenny Anunike (on IR in '14).

"Kenny, he’s in almost every day asking me something," Smith said. "He wonders about this and wonders about that."
Like most young players, Anunike's role in Wade Phillips' line has yet to be determined. But from all accounts, he had moments of brilliance as a rookie last season before landing on the team's injured reserve list.
He's back, healthy, and ready to work. And Smith isn't the only one taking note of Anunike's skills.
"I think that the coaches right off the bat noticed that Kenny was just out there on the practice field—I think when we did the mini camps—he was just out there outrunning everybody and out-hustling everybody," Smith said. "I see a lot of talent in him."
