Minnesota Vikings fans who tuned into the Pro Bowl on Sunday evening got a treat when quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was inserted into the game for Team Irvin.

After throwing a two-yard touchdown pass to Philadelphia Eagles running back Darren Sproles just before halftime, Bridgewater returned in the third quarter to throw a 50-yard bomb to Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Allen Robinson.

Vikings running back Adrian Peterson had five rushes for four yards, as well as three receptions for 20 yards. His Vikings teammate on Team Rice, defensive end Everson Griffen, had three tackles -- all solo.

Bridgewater's squad also featured Vikings safety Harrison Smith and linebacker Anthony Barr. Smith and Barr both recorded three tackles; Smith also had one of Team Irvin's six interceptions.
