ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) Bills receiver Sammy Watkins is active for Buffalo's game against the New York Jets on Thursday night.

Watkins' status was uncertain after the starter complained of soreness in his surgically repaired left foot following a 13-7 season-opening loss at Baltimore on Sunday. Watkins showed no signs of a limp while working out individually on the field hours before the game.

Watkins had four catches for a team-leading 43 yards against Baltimore.

Buffalo linebacker Brandon Spikes is inactive along with starting left tackle Cordy Glenn, who aggravated a left ankle injury against the Ravens.

For the Jets, starting defensive lineman Muhammad Wilkerson is active after he was limited in practice this week because of an ankle and toe injury.
