Bills RB Karlos Williams suffers shoulder injury in loss

For the second time this season, the Buffalo Bills' promising young running back has suffered an injury. Rookie Karlos Williams exited Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs with a shoulder injury and was unable to return.

Earlier in the season, Williams suffered a concussion that forced him to miss three games. Now, it's a shoulder injury that could keep him out. Williams was seen headed to the locker room with his "left arm hanging," but it's unclear exactly what the injury is.

On the bright side, the Bills have a stud running back in LeSean McCoy if Williams is forced to miss any time. McCoy racked up another 101 yards of total offense against the Chiefs, finding the end zone for the fifth time this season.
