Bengals at Jets: Inactives
Week 1 is now upon us, as we wait patiently throughout the next few hours till kickoff. The Jets host the Bengals at Metlife Stadium for each team’s Week 1 showdown.
Already good news for the Jets, as their 10-year veteran middle linebacker, David Harris, is expected to play despite not feeling 100 percent during the week.
#Jets LB David Harris (shoulder) is expected to play today, source said. Same with #Bears OL Kyle Long, who is battling a labrum injury.

When asked Friday regarding his status for today’s game, Harris somewhat shrugged the question off and responded with this per NJ.com.
Question: Is this the worst you’ve felt the Friday before a game?
Harris: “It’s up there.”
Harris who has missed just five games in his 10-year career was limited every day in practice this week. Initially, Harris’ initial reaction was that he had broken his collarbone but it turned out to be a “bad bruise” per NJ.com. We’ll see just how effective that shoulder is early in the game, expect the Bengals to lean heavily on an inside running attack.
Here are the rest of the Jets inactives:

As for the Bengals, let’s have a look at there inactives.
Eifert is no surprise, as we expected him to be out. Dennard was a first round pick back in 2014 and appeared in 10 games a year ago, starting one of them.
Without Dennard, an already shaky Bengals secondary appears to be even more up in the air. We’ll see just how much Fitzpatrick goes after the Bengals corners early in the game.
