DENVER BRONCOS (1)

Chris Berman (ESPN, 2) - Eleven straight wins by seven or more points - only the third team ever. Congrats to John Fox on 100 wins.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 2) - They are the No. 1 seed, and no AFC team has more momentum.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 1)

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 1) - Nobody wants to travel to see Manning and the Broncos in January.

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 1) - Peyton Manning makes his pitch for a fifth MVP and Denver is in the driver's seat for the Super Bowl. About as perfect as John Elway could have imagined when he signed Peyton on the dotted line.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 1) - The Broncos closed the season with a league-best 11-game winning streak to claim the top seed in the AFC bracket of the playoffs.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 1) - The Broncos have offense, defense and Peyton Manning. Now, they have homefield advantage, too. That's a combination that's difficult to overcome.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 1) - The AFC's playoff path runs through Peyton's Place, where GPS won't help you proceed.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 1) - Peyton Manning has the offense in high gear; the defense can stop the run and get after the QB. They will be very tough to beat on their home field.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 1) - The Broncos kept rolling all the way to the No. 1 seed. They have the makeup of a championship team. Peyton Manning, an excellent defense and an explosive special teams return unit with Trindon Holliday.

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 1) - Eleven straight victories and Houston's late-season collapse brought the Broncos the AFC's top playoff seed.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 1) - In their last four games, no team has come within 13 points of them, and in their 11 game win streak they have only trailed in the fourth quarter once.
