Angry Chargers fans take to social media to bash ticket sale
The Chargers' single-game ticket sale could double as a case study in bad timing.
The team just nixed a 2015 vote on a new San Diego football stadium, citing environmental policy and elections. But fans aren't buying it, and from the looks of it, they won't be buying tickets either.
@Chargers No thanks. Not spending another dollar on this team until they show some loyalty to their fan base @agspanos @JohnDeanSpanos

@Chargers Why would we contribute $ to an organization that doesn't want us as fans? Yeah, I'm gonna say no thanks!

@Chargers no thanks. Will get them on craigslist for $20. #disrespect @agspanos @JohnDeanSpanos @ChargersPRguy

Area fans are justifiably upset with the slow-moving stadium process. But if failing to buy tickets is their solution to keeping the Chargers, they can kiss their home team goodbye.
