Agholor agrees to four-year, $9.4 million deal with Eagles

There won't be any prolonged holdouts for Philadelphia Eagles first-round draft choice wide receiver Nelson Agholor. After signing a four-year, $9.4 million contract on Thursday, the rookie is all set to go as the team gets set to open up their rookie minicamp on Friday.

Agholor was a late riser in the NFL Draft due to his unique stop and start ability and his lateral agility. The former USC standout offers that same kind of unique explosion that you see from NFL players like Antonio Brown and Odell Beckham Jr.

Agholor started two years at USC and he racked up 2,571 yards and 20 touchdowns on 179 catches during his entire collegiate career. Agholor also has straight-line speed (4.42 40-time) and sure hands (four drops on 117 targets) to add to his arsenal.

Agholor could contribute right away in the slot or on the outside in Jeremy Maclin's old role within the offense. He is also an ace in the return game.
