Would Andrew Wiggins still be on the Cavaliers if he signed with LeBron James' agent?

There was no mention of Andrew Wiggins in LeBron James' "I'm Coming Home" letter to Sports Illustrated. James said he was looking forward to mentoring the Cavaliers' young players, yet Wiggins' name was suspiciously absent. A few months later, Wiggins was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves. According to ESPN's Brian Windhorst, the lack of mention and Wiggins' subsequent trade was no coincidence. 

"If Wiggins had signed with LeBron’s agency, then Wiggins would have been in the letter. If Wiggins would have been having a relationship with LeBron in the weeks leading up to the draft, then it would have been a no-brainer."
