Kelly Oubre Jr. is Washington's first-round pick, a teenage rookie who doesn't play very often and probably shouldn't speak unless spoken to.

Like most 19 year olds, Oubre thinks he has it all figured out, and here's what he told CSN Mid-Atlantic's Ben Standig about what the Wizards are currently missing:

Sure. Anyway, Oubre has played 42 minutes this season and is shooting 41.2 percent from the floor, with zero blocks, zero steals, two assists and two turnovers.

"The dog. The fight. The grit and the griminess," the 19-year-old said shortly after Washington allowed its most points on the young season. "That's pretty much it. We need to be more and more [like] savages on the court I'd say. "
