Watch Steph Curry lose to a golfer in a shooting contest

Stephen Curry hit the golf course this week for some fun and relaxation, but the sting of losing just keeps following him.

OK, maybe that's a bit of an overreaction to this:

That's pro golfer Harold Varner III sinking his shot after Curry hit nothing but air. The same Curry who hits shots from the moon in the Internet memes couldn't hit from the green.

"I don't know. There's something about Harold and being out here on the green," Curry told Skratch TV at Wednesday's pro-am at the Safeway Open in Napa, Calif. "If I got him on the court I'd like my chances."

At least Steph's swing was pretty dialed in.
