Warriors release amazing 'Carol of the Dubs' Christmas Day hype video
Christmas Day games are the apex of the first half of the regular season, and no game is more highly anticipated than the 2015 Finals rematch between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers at Oakland's Oracle Arena.
Stephen Curry. LeBron James. Draymond Green. Kevin Love. Klay Thompson. Kyrie Irving (possibly). What more could you need on Christmas?
In preparation of the highly-touted match, the Warriors hired Bay Area artists Ron Lennon and J.Wells (a.k.a. Wellsy) to create a "Carol of the Bells" Warriors remix, aptly titled "Carol of the Dubs." It's as awesome as it sounds:
The Western and Eastern Conference leaders, respectively, appear destined to have a rematch in the 2016 Finals, and this is our first chance to see how things might go. With Love and possibly Irving in the fold, do the Cavs now have the offensive firepower to keep up with the Warriors? Or have the Dubs improved too much since last season that it just doesn't matter anymore?
We'll have answers in a week and a half, but in the meantime, get into the holiday spirit with this catchy jingle.
