Wade's still got some moves left

Dwyane Wade isn’t a superhero anymore, but he sure looked like The Flash on Thursday.

Despite their best efforts, Blake Griffin and the Clippers just couldn’t keep up with Wade and the Heat in a 102-97 loss.

Wade dished and dazzled his way to a vintage stat line with 29 points, seven assists, four rebounds, three steals and a block, just enough for the defending champs to squeeze out a victory. It wasn’t just about Wade though, as Griffin made plenty of noise himself.

His 27 points and 14 rebounds kept the game close after drama earlier in the game that featured a hard foul from Heat guard Mario Chalmers. Griffin, of course, followed with a monster slam. J.J. Redick opened a few eyes with a trick play — and a respectable 15 points — of his own, but ultimately couldn’t guard Wade when he went full-Flash on him late in the game.
