Two Chicago men were charged Sunday with first-degree murder in the shooting death of the cousin of Chicago Bulls star Dwyane Wade, according to police.

Chicago authorities say Darin Sorrells Jr and Derren Sorrells, who are brothers, were charged in the death of Nykea Aldridge, who was killed as she was walking to register her children for school.

Police say the two men fired shots at a third man but hit Aldridge, a mother of four who was pushing a baby in a stroller when the incident occurred, in the head and arm. The two men have criminal records, according to authorities.

Wade reacted to his cousin's death Friday.
