The Warriors beat the Cavs for the title exactly one year ago

The Golden State Warriors will be hoping history repeats itself Thursday night in Game 6 of the NBA Finals.
Exactly one year ago today, on June 16th, 2015, Golden State came to Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland and beat the Cavaliers in Game 6, 105-97, to win the franchise's first championship in three decades.
Draymond Green, who missed Game 5 of the 2016 Finals after being suspended for an accumulation of flagrant fouls, had a monster performance a year ago, recording a triple-double with 16 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. Stephen Curry and Andre Iguodala both scored 25 points for the Warriors, and though LeBron James dropped 32, the Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love-less Cavaliers shot just 39 percent from the floor and couldn't make a comeback after a poor third quarter left them down by 12.
