Steph Curry's exit interview with Steve Kerr was awfully brief
After the Golden State Warriors' first championship in 40 years and an MVP season from Stephen Curry, you'd think head coach Steve Kerr would have a lot to talk about with his superstar point guard.
Or, maybe not.
Exit interviews are typically one of the longer conversations a coach will have with his player before the start of training camp, but that wasn't the case here.
Here's how Curry's exit interview with Kerr went down, via Lee Jenkins at Sports Illustrated:
Kerr glanced at Steph. "What did you think of the year?"
"I thought it was incredible," the point guard said.
"I thought it was incredible too. But you could really be a better shooter. I think you need to work on your shot this summer. Great year. Give me a hug."
So concluded the most succinct exit interview ever, relayed by [Warriors development coach Bruce] Frasor, and the most sarcastic.
