Sergey Karasev: 'I'm back on the court'

Sergey Karasev had a nasty injury six months ago, dislocating his knee and requiring surgery that would keep him out for the remainder of the 2014-15 season. It was a huge blow for a kid who had entered the starting lineup for parts of last season only to fall out of Lionel Hollins' rotation later.

Now, though, the soon-to-be 22-year-old says he's back to five-on-five.

Karasev averaged 4.6 points per game on 40-30-76 shooting a year ago. The Cavaliers drafted him 19th overall in the 2013 draft.
