Paul George to host youth basketball camp in July

If you're in grades 1-12 and in the Indianapolis area, then you're in luck, because Indiana Pacers star Paul George is hosting a basketball camp July 11-12 at Avon High School just west of Indianapolis.

George had previously hosted a camp last year closer to his native Palmdale in Los Angeles, according to Scott Agness of Vigilant Sports, but vowed that a camp in Indiana was just a matter of time. And for those concerned that George's name might appear on the camp while his face isn't actually present at the event, George assuaged concerns.

"What I do at my camps in L.A., I’m almost there from the time that the campers are there to the time the parents are there to pick them up. I won’t be the one directly working them out and putting them through drills, but I will be there instructing, helping and when it’s time for breaks, just playing around and having fun with the kids."

And he's not lying, if the video from his appearances at Jrue Holiday's camp and his own is any evidence. George pulled out an array of dunks for the campers, including a nice spinning, between-the-legs dunk from practically a standstill and a 180, one-handed dunk that, regardless of whether you saw it the first time, you'll want to watch:
