Nuggets exercise team options on Gary Harris and Jusuf Nurkic
The Denver Nuggets are going to keep last year's rookies, Gary Harris and Jusuf Nurkic, on the roster next season.
Both players were likely easy decisions, despite drastically different rookie years. Nurkic was one of the best young players in the league last season, while Harris struggled just as much, if not more, than any first-round pick who received somewhat regular playing time last year.
By exercising the team options on the 2016-17 seasons, the Nuggets will retain the rights to both players for the third year of their rookie deals.
