The news comes on the same day that Mirotic was selected as part of the 10-man World Team roster that will compete against the U.S. Team during All-Star weekend's Rising Stars Challenge.

There's never a good time to be sidelined due to injury, but Mirotic had found his way for two straight games after a recent rough stretch. He's averaging 10.6 points and 5.9 rebounds in 24 minutes per contest on the season, but averaged 16 points over his last two, while knocking down four of his seven attempts from three-point distance during that stretch.
