NBA signing day roundup
NBA teams were able to officially sign free agents and execute sign-and-trades Wednesday, and no team was more active than the Los Angeles Clippers.
With new coach Doc Rivers presiding over the moves, the Clippers started the day by inking point guard Chris Paul to a new five-year, $107 million contract shortly after the league's moratorium lifted. They then formally executed a three-team trade involving the Suns and Bucks.
In that deal, the Clippers acquired sharpshooters J.J. Redick and Jared Dudley and sent Eric Bledsoe and Caron Butler to the Suns. The Bucks received two second-round draft picks in the deal.
The Clippers were the most active team of the day, but there were plenty of other moves around the league, with some big names changing zip codes.
Stay tuned. This roundup will continue to be updated with the most notable deals as they arise.
