NBA champion Spurs lost to a team you haven't heard of yet

When you're the defending NBA champions, you're automatically a target for other teams to defeat. But those other teams are usually not from the Basketball Bundesliga league in Germany.

That's right. The San Antonio Spurs were beaten by Alba Berlin in a preseason game on Wednesday.

Alba Berlin, currently sitting in fifth place in the Bundesliga league standings, took down the Spurs 94-93 with a buzzer-beating, tear-drop floater from Xavier alum Jamel McLean.
