Magic deactivate Victor Oladipo vs. Hawks due to right knee sprain

Published Jan. 18, 2016 3:40 p.m. ET

Orlando will reportedly play without Victor Oladipo (knee sprain) and C.J. Watson (calf injury) against Atlanta.

Despite scoring a season-high 27 points in London against the Raptors, Oldaipo suffered a sprained right knee and is not available against the Hawks. Oladipo proved himself to be tremendously valuable during 44:59 minutes of action against Toronto, also adding 6 rebounds with 6 assists and 2 steals. Elfrid Payton will start in his place.

Oladipo also missed two games (Utah, Washington) last week. Watson, who suffered a setback from his calf injury, has played just eight games this season. He hasn't played since November 9 against Indiana.
