Kobe celebrates birthday with wife after epic weekend

The 2015-16 NBA season could be Kobe Bryant’s final one, but that’s not going to stop him from going out with a bang.

He teamed up with Taylor Swift at Staples Center on Friday night and helped raise a banner for most sold-out shows.

And on Sunday, Bryant turned 37 years young, so he celebrated his birthday by the pool with his wife, Vanessa. She may or may not have licked his ear when this photo was taken.

Bryant suffered a torn right rotator cuff and underwent surgery back in January. He’s expected to start practicing with the team next month and should be ready for the start of the upcoming season.
