Kevin Durant on ex-teammate's celebration: 'Who cares about Detroit?'
Once upon a time, the Oklahoma City Thunder viewed Reggie Jackson as James Harden's replacement; a hyper-effective combo guard who could come off the bench, crush opposing second units and lend a helping hand to Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook in crunch time.
That feels like approximately one million years ago after Tuesday night, when Jackson—now on the Detroit Pistons—celebrated a win against his former team with a pinch of too much enthusiasm.
Today, Durant didn't mince words when he expressed exactly how he feels about Jackson and Detroit:

Well, this is sort of true. Westbrook played in the game, as did Enes Kanter, Steven Adams and Dion Waiters. But Serge Ibaka and Durant sat out, which is ultimately why Oklahoma City's eight-game win streak (its longest of the season) came to an end.
Yes, the Thunder would've destroyed the Pistons had Durant and Ibaka been in the starting lineup. They're a much better team and currently deploy one of the best offenses in NBA history.
Why can't Oklahoma City play Detroit nine times every season? That needs to happen.
