Kevin Durant blocks Russell Westbrook (Video)

Kevin Durant blocked Russell Westbrook and Draymond Green picked up a technical in excitement.

The battle between Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook has been intense in the first half, but it has been Durant that has been getting the better of the two thus far. Both have been trading shot for shot with each other, but the Golden State Warriors had the big advantage over the Oklahoma City Thunder toward the end of the first half.

After Westbrook got an earlier block on Durant, the latter returned the favor in a huge way. As Westbrook tried to go right over Durant, he got blocked right back to the ground. In the ensuing excitement of the two going at each other, Draymond Green picked up a technical.

Everyone knew it was just a matter of time before these two collided on a play and the gloves started to come off in the second quarter. They started going at each other specifically and it ended up being a classic moment.

They both got a block on the other, but Durant got the biggest one of them all. Give credit to Green for being the ultimate cheerleader and picking up the technical for his efforts.
