Just for kicks: Cameraman accidentally toppled by Blake Griffin

Being a sports cameraman may seem like fun, but it is not all it is cracked up to be sometimes.

Many battle elements. Most are only noticed if they lose sight of the ball, or mess something up in a broadcast.

A lot of them are also silently in the line of fire, like this poor guy who was working the Clippers-Nuggets game. Check out how he got introduced to Blake Griffin on Monday night:

Ouch. Not glorious indeed. Cameraman Larry Faircloth definitely hung in there and took the hit. Of course, we know NBA cameramen are a different breed. They might be tougher than the rest, especially if you are old enough to remember this:
