Draymond Green will serve a one-game suspension without pay during Game 5 of the NBA Finals after being issued a flagrant foul 1 for his below-the-belt hit on LeBron James during Friday's game.

The NBA announced its decision to assess Green a flagrant 1 Sunday, after reviewing the incident and interviewing those involved in the play.

The league also announced that James was given a technical foul for his role in the altercation, which included a physical taunt, but no further discipline or fines were issued.

The incident occurred late in the fourth quarter of the Warriors' 108-97 win in Game 4, when Green and James got tangled up while chasing down a loose ball.

During the dust-up, Green had fallen down on the court and James stepped over him. Green then swung his arm at James' groin area, making contact. James immediately turned around to confront green and the two went chest-to-chest.

On the next play, the two got into another altercation chasing a rebound, and they continued to have words before they were separated.

Game 5 will take place Monday in Oakland, with the Warriors leading the series 3-1.
