Check out the custom shoes Raptors gave Kobe as farewell gift
Earlier this week, Kobe Bryant requested "no more gifts" during his retirement tour. But the Raptors weren't going to let Bryant leave without a memory.
After the Raptors handed the Lakers a 102-93 loss, Toronto star DeMar DeRozan gave Kobe a pair of custom shoes. Described by Sole Collector as "Liquid Gold" Nike Kobe 10 EXT Mids, the shoes have Kobe-inspired graphics on the right and Toronto details on the left. The Raptors also threw in a matching hat.
As DeRozan explained on Twitter: "We couldn't let @kobebryant leave without a token of our appreciation. A @Raptors gift for one of the GOATs."
