Chandler Parsons has swag, haters are uber jealous
Hater Twitter got really jealous of Chandler Parsons’ deep-v neck he wore last night during the Grizzlies’ win over the Trailblazers.
Chandler Parsons is currently on the Grizzlies inactive list following 7-months of surgery rehab and a recent knee contusion. But don’t be mistaken, the $94 million dollar man hasn’t ceased to make his presence known.
For those unfamiliar, the NBA is extremely lenient regarding the dress code its players follow on game days. This results in players’ wearing outfits that are both extremely outrageous and highly entertaining – a win for fans like us.
Unfortunately, Parson’s has taken up residency on the bench for the majority of the season. While this isn’t ideal, the 6-foot-10 sharpshooter has definitely showed off his sense of style. I mean, Chandler Parsons is oozing with swag. He also has his own line of luxury shoes, Del Toro, in case you weren’t aware.
Tonight, he took his wardrobe to near Russell Westbrook levels, rocking the deepest of deep v-necks on the sideline.

This isn’t a look that just anyone can pull off. Actually, it’s a look that 98 percent of men would never attempt. Chandler Parsons’ disagrees.
Naturally, hater-Twitter got jealous.
This Chandler Parsons outfit probably meets the NBA dress code, but I don't think it should. pic.twitter.com/I0lfoTZYao

Listen, if Westbrook can wear all of these crazy outfits, my mans can show a little chest.

OK, I laughed at this one.
Look, I get it. As a fan of any other team, it’s hard to wrap your mind around the fact that a team missing four of its key components is on a six-game winning streak. It’s even harder to deal with that same team having the best-dressed small forward in the league.
Admittedly, the Memphis community would much rather see Parsons’ in the Beale Street Blue. For now, that will have to wait. Parsons’ is scheduled to be re-evaluated next week, but the coaching staff is in no hurry to place him back in the lineup.
