Cavaliers meeting with Bynum
A person familiar with the visit says the Cleveland Cavaliers are hosting free agent center Andrew Bynum.
The 7-foot Bynum, who didn't play one game for Philadelphia last season because of a knee injury, is meeting with team officials Monday, said the person who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of negotiations.
Before he was traded to the 76ers, Bynum played for the Los Angeles Lakers under Cleveland coach Mike Brown.
Bynum's visit with the Cavs was first reported by ESPN.
With Dwight Howard signing with Houston, Bynum is the most attractive big man on the market and the Cavs may be interested in signing him to a one-year deal.
The Cavs have already agreed to deals with free agent forward Earl Clark and guard Jarrett Jack.
