Carmelo Anthony on Instagram: 'That might be the dumbest question ever asked'

Don't question Carmelo Anthony on Instagram. He'll come at you—hard.

One Instagrammer had the audacity to question in a post if the Knicks' best player is still in the category of "elite."

Melo was not the biggest fan of the premise, leaving a comment on the photo which didn't exactly endorse the idea of one of the NBA's biggest stars falling off during his age 31 season.

Melo! Nasty!

This isn't the first time Anthony has come after the Instagrammers. He had a similar spat just last month. And Melo wasn't done with just leaving the comment. Not close.

He also posted this on his own Instagram.

Questioning Anthony's eliteness is legitimate at this point in his career. He's on the wrong side of surgery, he's coming off relatively damning knee surgery, and more importantly, he's not Joe Flacco.
