Blazers sign Johnson for rest of season

The Portland Trail Blazers have signed center Chris Johnson of the NBA Development League's Dakota Wizards for the rest of the season.

The 6-foot-11 Johnson played for the Blazers earlier this season on a 10-day contract. He appeared in two games in early February, with four points and four rebounds in 16 total minutes.

Johnson also appeared in four games for the Boston Celtics this season.

He has played in 35 games for the D-League Wizards, averaging 16.2 points and 9.2 rebounds.
