Blazers' Lillard releases new rap song called 'Full Stomach'

Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard is a man of many talents on the basketball court, but he's also pretty talented off the court as well.

Lillard is one of several athletes to make the transition from basketball to hip-hop, but this doesn't appear to be a fleeting interest.
