Arizona is off to its best start since 2002-03, but the statistic is misleading because of a much weaker schedule than usual.

The game was part of the Las Vegas Invitational. The eight-team event shifts to Las Vegas for the next two games, with Arizona playing Santa Clara on Friday and No. 6 Kansas on Saturday.
