NASCAR suspends Kurt Busch after court ruling in abuse case

NASCAR will suspend Kurt Busch indefinitely in the wake of a court ruling Friday in the driver's domestic abuse case, according to multiple reports.

NASCAR will hold a news conference at 6:40 p.m. ET Friday.
