Listen in: RaceDay Recap on FOX Sports Radio podcast
RACEDAY on FOX Sports Radio has been on the air for more than 12 years every Sunday from 6-8 a.m. ET, but two hours are never enough when you're talking about racing, so we are going to kick it up a notch by adding some podcast-only shows during the week.
Every Monday Rob D'Amico and a rotating special guest (this week Bruce Martin) release a new show called the RaceDay Recap where we will recap the weekend in racing.
This week we discuss Jeff Gordon's record-setting fifth Brickyard 400 win Sunday afternoon at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Gordon, a former Indiana resident, tied German Formula One legend Michael Schumacher for the most overall race victories at the historic track.

We'll also break down the results and how everyone else finished the day at the Brickyard, including Joe Gibbs Racing getting all three of its cars in the top five, Carl Edwards' 15th-place finish after Jack Roush announced he would not be returning to the team in 2015, Danica Patrick's mechanical problems and Kurt Busch's return after finishing sixth in the Indy 500.
Congrats @JeffGordonWeb! And I know how great the @TeamHendrick power is! had a good car and engine, just wasn't our day. Still love @IMS!

Plus, we'll discuss Daniel Ricciardo's win and Lewis Hamilton's run to the podium in the Hungarian GP despite team orders, along with Courtney Force making NHRA history by becoming the wins leader among females after her victory against dad, John, in Sonoma.
"@RobDAmico: Congrats to @courtneyforce for becoming the winningest female in Funny Car history at the #NHRA Sonoma Nationals!" Thank you!
