Jamie McMurray's team gets written warning for DIS pre-race inspection

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series team of driver Jamie McMurray has been issued a written warning for failing its pre-race laser inspection prior to last Saturday night's Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway.
NASCAR made the announcement of the warning to Murray's No. 1 Chip Ganassi Racing team on Wednesday, at the same time it also announced it was fining XFINITY Series driver Darrell "Bubba" Wallace $15,000 for comments critical of race officials Wallace posted on social media following the XFINITY race at Daytona last Friday night.
For McMurray's group, this is the team's second warning of the 2016 season. After four warnings, a team loses its pit selection for the next applicable race.
