Everything you need to know about Sunday's race at Kansas
The second race of the Contender Round of the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup is on tap for Sunday at Kansas Speedway.
Of the 12 remaining Chase drivers, only Joey Logano has punched his ticket to the next round of the Chase, having done so with a victory in last weekend's Contender Round opener at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
While Logano faces no pressure in Sunday's Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas, the other 11 title hopefuls will all be looking to get a win to assure themselves a berth in the Eliminator 8 that commences in two weeks at Martinsville Speedway.
Three-time Kansas winner Jeff Gordon will be making his final start at the 1.5-mile track, a place where he won the first two Sprint Cup races ever held in 2001 and 2002 and picked up another victory in 2014. Gordon has yet to win a race this season.
