Danica Patrick has something new to smile about.
Aspen Dental will sponsor her No. 10 Stewart-Haas Racing car for two 2014 Sprint Cup events – at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Atlanta Motor Speedway.
“I’m proud to team up with Aspen Dental and shine a spotlight on a part of healthcare that doesn’t get a lot of attention,” Patrick said.
Patrick, who is in her second full season of NASCAR competition, is 26th in the Sprint Cup standings. She won her first career Cup pole at the 2013 Daytona 500 and posted a season-high eighth-place finish in that race.
Patrick ran seven full seasons in the IndyCar Series before moving to the Nationwide Series in 2012. Her sole win came at Motegi in 2008. In 115 starts on that circuit, Patrick won three poles and had seven podium finishes.
